- Fellowship dinner: £40 per person, per evening
(Available 24th & 25th July for non–Heart of England residents) 

- Weekend registration: £15 in advance / £20 on the door
(All attendees need to register, including those joining for the fellowship dinner) 

Parking for non–Heart of England residents: £14–£16 per day (payable to Hilton)
